I am an independent chartered surveyor with almost 20 years of property experience. During that time, I have dealt with a broad range of property issues and transactions, from relatively simple house sales to negotiating compulsory purchase settlements, documenting complex development agreements and fighting for compensation resulting from boundary encroachments.
Covering the Ripon, Harrogate, Bedale, Thirsk, Leyburn and Northallerton areas, my goal is to ensure that each client receive cost-effective advice, be it buying a home, negotiating a new lease or a rent review.
